We try to set up your server as quickly as possible, but it depends on the payment method and the software image chosen. Choosing Credit Card let us start provisioning instantly. VPS plans are usually set up within 3-5 hours, but it may take up to 12 hours in case of some software images. The setup of Dedicated Servers can take up to 48 hours (on workdays), depending on your individual configuration and hardware availability.
Note: Please keep in mind that regardless of which product you purchase, the setup process will begin only after we receive the initial payment from you.
Domain registrations are activated immediately in general, but it can take up to 24 hours until the DNS is propagated globally and the Domain is ready for use in the Internet. A Domain transfer can take up to seven days, depending on the top-level Domain (TLD). All domains ending with .sz take up to 24 hours to be ready due to registrar processes but we try to have then ready within 24 hours.
We accept both automatic and manual payments. Payments sent to our bank account(s) are credited manually on your orders and the order process is delayed. We recommend automatic payments using your Credit or Debit card, we currently support Visa & Mastercard.
Manual payment options available are; Bank Transfer, MTN MoMo & Banks eWallets (Swazi clients only).
